DPMSP/KKMSP SERIES

All Sethco DPMSP Filter Systems feature a self-priming, sealless, magnetic drive pump. On start-up, simply fill the priming chamber and start the pump. Air in the suction line will be evacuated by the pump and liquid will be automatically pulled from the tank, recirculated through the filter chamber and pumped back to the tank. This self-priming start-up is especially desirable when filtering acid, alkaline, or cyanide solutions.
Each filter system is shipped completely assembled and tested, ready for immediate start-up. Included with each system is a set of 15 micron filter tubes, 10 feet of suction hose (140ºF/60ºC Max), 10 feet of outlet hose (170ºF/76ºC Max.), inlet strainer and hose clamps. All motors are TEFC and single phase motors include overload protection. Motor switch and line cord is optional on all motors other than the DPMSP-2412 & DPMSP-3612.

N/A Thirteen chamber sizes for depth filtration from 50 GPH to 4400 GPH (190-15,200 LPM). All of the chambers are available in high temperature CPVC (200ºF/93ºC Max.), accept any standard double open-end filter or carbon tube, and provide from 2.1 to 84 square feet of filtration area. Filter tube replacement is fast and easy. PVDF chambers are available on some models.

N/A Sethco "PMSP" pumps combine the convenience of selfpriming, the dependability of magnetic drive and the trouble-free performance of leakproof sealless construction. They are offered in 5 sizes and feature excellent chemical resistance and run dry capability. Standard polypropylene pumps (PMSP models) are suitable for temperatures to 180ºF. A PVDF pump may be substituted (model KMSP) for temperatures to 200ºF and applications such as chromic acid.

N/A Filter tubes are available for controlled filtration from 150 microns to .5 micron. Standard densities are coarse (50 microns), medium (25 microns), fine (15 microns), X-fine (10 microns), X-X fine (5 microns), Special B (1-3 microns), and Special C (.5 micron). Carbon tubes can be used for simultaneous carbon treatment and filtration.

The standard warranty does not apply when equipment is used contrary to factory recommendations.
